Free Shipping

• Available on orders over $50
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
• Perfect for: Planning ahead for your next season’s adventures

Note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached

Our Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Review Our Policy

Before initiating a return, please ensure your items meet our return criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original packaging must be included

Step 3: Wait for Authorization

Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time) with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions and address
  • Any additional information needed

Step 4: Ship Your Items

Once authorized, pack your items securely in the original packaging and include:

  • All original tags and labels
  • Copy of your packing slip or order confirmation
  • Return authorization number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Step 5: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after processing

Important Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons:

  • Footwear that shows signs of wear (including Booties, Casual Shoes, Cowgirl Boots, and Hiking Boots with worn soles)
  • Intimate Apparel and Dresses with removed tags
  • Belts & Buckles that have been sized or altered
  • Knives (for safety reasons)
  • Jewelry that has been worn or shows signs of wear
  • Items from Festival Shop and Coastal Cowgirl collections with removed tags
  • Any item that is not in its original condition

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
